How I Plan To Start My Plan

Okay, so I promised a 7 day example plan of the Twenty Day Pro Ana Detox Tea Diet, so here it is:

Friday:

-Wake up, eat 1 portion lean meat
-Follow by drinking 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Drink 2 cups detox tea before bed

Saturday:

-Wake up, eat 1 portion of vegetables
-Follow by drinking 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Eat 1 portion of whatever you like
-Follow with 2 cups detox tea
-Drink 1 cup detox tea before bed

Sunday:

-Wake up, eat 1 portion lean meat or vegetables
-Follow by drinking 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Drink 2 cups detox tea before bed

Monday:

-Wake up, eat 2 portions of whatever you like
-Follow by drinking 2-3 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Eat 2 portions lean meat, 2 portions vegetable, or 1 meat 1 vegetable
-Drink 2 cups detox tea before bed

Tuesday:

-Wake up, drink 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Drink 2 cups detox tea anytime throughout the day
-Drink 1 cup detox tea before bed

Wednesday:

-Wake up, eat 1 portion of vegetables
-Follow with 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Eat 1 portion of whatever you like
-Follow with 2 cups detox tea before bed

Thursday:

-Wake up, eat 1 portion whatever you like
-Follow with 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Drink 2 cups detox tea throughout day
-Drink 1 cup detox tea before bed

IMPORTANT POINTERS

-Keep some sort of low to moderate exercise schedule going throughout the week, i.e. go for walks, go swimming, lift weights, do something to preoccupy your time and burn fats
-Keep some sort of emergency food handy if you feel lightheaded, such as crackers or fruit snacks
-REMEMBER, you know your body's limits. If you know you NEED to eat, then eat. Don't be a dumbass.
-It is alright to mix up the order of things. Once again, this is an EXAMPLE diet. It's not that strict.
-There may be a day or two out of the week where you feel you need a break from the Detox Tea, in which case it may be replaced with fruit juices, preferably NATURAL and ORGANIC ones, just saying. Apple juice is very low in calorie.
-Take vitamin supplements, especially if you have some sort of deficiency. Once again, YOU KNOW YOUR BODY. DON'T BE STUPID.

The Twenty Day Pro Ana Detox Tea Diet

Now, this diet will consist mainly of fluids, as would any pro ana diet.  Therefore, don't get too excited when I say lean meats and vegetables, but here's the Break Down.

The Main Components:

  1. Detox Tea
-So, the average woman should really have a water intake of 9 cups daily(The average man's is 13 cups, but I have a vagina so, sorry guys, I'm lazy. Do the math.).  However in reality most people drink about half that amount daily if even. Therefore, I've devised a brilliant method of hydrating yourself better, as well as cleansing your body, and speeding up digestion, which is where the Detox Tea comes in. 

-Say you're like me and you drink around 4 to 5 cups of water daily. Well, that still leaves 4 to 5 cups of water left unconsumed. So in this diet, we will be substituting those neglected 4 to 5 cups of water with Detox Tea.
-Granted, Detox Tea not 100% water, but is composed predominantly of water, so you are still hydrating yourself. 
-On top of hydrating your body, you are also cleansing, or Detoxifying, your body of impurities, which would be things like toxins found in many of the processed foods and preservatives you consume, as well as pushing along digestive processes in your body.

         *For future reference, make sure the Detox Tea you are using is store bought. Naturally grown detoxing teas can actually be so strong that they cause your body damage if you consume too much in one setting. So go for shit like Yogi Tea or Triple Leaf Tea(My personal favourites).

     2.  Water

-Yes, water. You still have to take that initial 4-5 cup daily dose of your good ole' fashioned H2O, remember?  Therefore, make sure you keep plenty of water with you at all times.
-Water is also good because it will fill you up if you get hungry.  Fun fact, a lot of the times people think they are hungry they are actually dehydrated and their body is craving water, so drink like a fish bitch.

     3.  Vegetables and Lean Meats

-Now don't go crazy, but when you do NEED to eat, try to go for vegetables or lean meats. I'm too tired and too lazy to get into extreme detail as to why these types of food in particular are important, but essentially, they store proteins and healthy fats that your body needs to keep things running smoothly, so just trust me when I say that they're the way to go.
-Veggies like carrots, lettuce, celery, and tomatoes are all good.  Particularly celery, which is a negative calorie food.
-Lean meats include things like eggs, skinless chicken or turkey, healthy beef cuts, veal, lamb, venison, elk, ostrich, pork, fish, and a personal favourite of mine is crab meat.
-But don't get me wrong, no one's gonna crucify you for replacing those carrots with a swiss roll from time to time. Any normal human would. Because we're all fat asses at heart(I'm one of them.).  Just make sure you make up for it with healthy foods too.

So, now that I've evaluated all of the main components of The Twenty Day Pro Ana Detox Tea Diet, I will be posting a 7 day example eating plan as a reference to get you started. So scroll up.



A Brilliant Idea

Well, I promised  my brilliant idea, so here it is:

You see, I've been looking for years to find a pro ana dieting plan that quite fits me perfectly, and I have finally devised the ultimate plan(conveniently enough, just in time to get started on it so I can look lovely for the new school year).  This plan consists of 4 major things:

  • Detox Tea
  • Water
  • Vegetables
  • Lean Meats

But mainly the first bullet, which is why I'm calling this..

The Twenty Day Pro Ana Detox Tea Diet

Now, don't get me wrong, this is not an exclusively twenty day diet, I'm just calling it that because that's how many days I have left until school begins again. So don't reach the twenty day mark, start shoveling down debbie cakes and noodles, and come back to me bitchin' because my diet turned you into a fat fuck.  Like any pro ana diet(or, honestly, any diet in general), if you give up and binge, you're going to gain some serious flab in the process, so if you cannot effectively discipline yourself for extended periods of time, then you may as well accept the fact that those love handles are gonna be around for awhile.

Introductory Statements

Hi, My name is Lovely Rita.

No, not really, I just needed a witty pseudonym and I really like the Beatles.

I started this blog because I had a really brilliant idea and I wanted to share it with people like me.  However, before I share with you  my brilliant idea I'd like to touch on a few things, so here goes:

One

I am a very independent woman.  I have very strong beliefs and am not ashamed of them.  Therefore I am not ashamed to say that I practice anorexia.  I have been a practicing anorexic on and off for a solid four years, and have pretty much seen it all.  I've seen pro ana support groups, pro ana hate groups, effective dieting plans to not-so-effective ones, minor anorexia to hardcore anorexia, disciplinary methods for staying on a pro ana plan, LOTS of thinspo.. the whole shabang.  In saying this, I feel I've deduced a rather logical standpoint on the matter:

     Anorexia is essentially dieting for lazy and impatient people.

Eat me alive if you will, but if an anorexic can't admit that to their self, they're being hyper-defensive.  I mean, what really is anorexia?  It is essentially giving up regular eating habits in order to avoid the painstaking effort of sticking to a diet and exercise plan.  I'm not ashamed to say that I'm lazy and impatient, shit, I hate exercise, as well as the time you have to put into it simply to get minor results. I'd rather eat a little bit of something delicious, than a lot of something I wouldn't rather be eating, only for me to have to go immediately work it all off. Sorry, it's a pain in the ass and that's not for me.  Not to mention I prefer to look dainty and fragile than uncomfortably buff, so yeah, I'm going to stick to a dieting tactic that makes me look the way I want to look, and if ANYONE is going to tell me that's wrong, their hypocrites and can, quite honestly, go fuck themselves.  I just like to look lovely.. which leads me to number two.

Two

There are so many different interpretations of the word 'Lovely.' Some people make themselves look lovely by going on an all protein diet and hitting the gym 6 days a week, some people believe they look lovely once they can see their rib cages through their skin.  I personally am neither of those people.  Practicing anorexia does not mean making the outline of your skeleton as visible through your skin as physically possible, it means to consume a drastically lower amount of calories than are deemed a necessary daily consumption by society.  However far you want to take that dieting plan is up to you.  You have your goal, I have mine, which leads me to number three.

Three

As a practicing anorexic, I have my own long term goals. These goals are to:

     a. form a nicely visible gap between my upper thighs
     b. get rid of my love handles to best of my ability

I also definitely don't oppose the idea of slightly thinner arms, but that's not really a must for me.  Having stated my goals, I will now state my method, which leads me back to the brilliant idea I mentioned earlier, which I will elaborate on in the next coming post.
