Okay, so I promised a 7 day example plan of the Twenty Day Pro Ana Detox Tea Diet, so here it is:
Friday:
-Wake up, eat 1 portion lean meat
-Follow by drinking 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Drink 2 cups detox tea before bed
Saturday:
-Wake up, eat 1 portion of vegetables
-Follow by drinking 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Eat 1 portion of whatever you like
-Follow with 2 cups detox tea
-Drink 1 cup detox tea before bed
Sunday:
-Wake up, eat 1 portion lean meat or vegetables
-Follow by drinking 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Drink 2 cups detox tea before bed
Monday:
-Wake up, eat 2 portions of whatever you like
-Follow by drinking 2-3 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Eat 2 portions lean meat, 2 portions vegetable, or 1 meat 1 vegetable
-Drink 2 cups detox tea before bed
Tuesday:
-Wake up, drink 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Drink 2 cups detox tea anytime throughout the day
-Drink 1 cup detox tea before bed
Wednesday:
-Wake up, eat 1 portion of vegetables
-Follow with 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Eat 1 portion of whatever you like
-Follow with 2 cups detox tea before bed
Thursday:
-Wake up, eat 1 portion whatever you like
-Follow with 2 cups detox tea
-Drink water throughout the day
-Drink 2 cups detox tea throughout day
-Drink 1 cup detox tea before bed
IMPORTANT POINTERS
-Keep some sort of low to moderate exercise schedule going throughout the week, i.e. go for walks, go swimming, lift weights, do something to preoccupy your time and burn fats
-Keep some sort of emergency food handy if you feel lightheaded, such as crackers or fruit snacks
-REMEMBER, you know your body's limits. If you know you NEED to eat, then eat. Don't be a dumbass.
-It is alright to mix up the order of things. Once again, this is an EXAMPLE diet. It's not that strict.
-There may be a day or two out of the week where you feel you need a break from the Detox Tea, in which case it may be replaced with fruit juices, preferably NATURAL and ORGANIC ones, just saying. Apple juice is very low in calorie.
-Take vitamin supplements, especially if you have some sort of deficiency. Once again, YOU KNOW YOUR BODY. DON'T BE STUPID.
