The Twenty Day Pro Ana Detox Tea Diet

Now, this diet will consist mainly of fluids, as would any pro ana diet.  Therefore, don't get too excited when I say lean meats and vegetables, but here's the Break Down.

The Main Components:

  1. Detox Tea
-So, the average woman should really have a water intake of 9 cups daily(The average man's is 13 cups, but I have a vagina so, sorry guys, I'm lazy. Do the math.).  However in reality most people drink about half that amount daily if even. Therefore, I've devised a brilliant method of hydrating yourself better, as well as cleansing your body, and speeding up digestion, which is where the Detox Tea comes in. 

-Say you're like me and you drink around 4 to 5 cups of water daily. Well, that still leaves 4 to 5 cups of water left unconsumed. So in this diet, we will be substituting those neglected 4 to 5 cups of water with Detox Tea.
-Granted, Detox Tea not 100% water, but is composed predominantly of water, so you are still hydrating yourself. 
-On top of hydrating your body, you are also cleansing, or Detoxifying, your body of impurities, which would be things like toxins found in many of the processed foods and preservatives you consume, as well as pushing along digestive processes in your body.

         *For future reference, make sure the Detox Tea you are using is store bought. Naturally grown detoxing teas can actually be so strong that they cause your body damage if you consume too much in one setting. So go for shit like Yogi Tea or Triple Leaf Tea(My personal favourites).

     2.  Water

-Yes, water. You still have to take that initial 4-5 cup daily dose of your good ole' fashioned H2O, remember?  Therefore, make sure you keep plenty of water with you at all times.
-Water is also good because it will fill you up if you get hungry.  Fun fact, a lot of the times people think they are hungry they are actually dehydrated and their body is craving water, so drink like a fish bitch.

     3.  Vegetables and Lean Meats

-Now don't go crazy, but when you do NEED to eat, try to go for vegetables or lean meats. I'm too tired and too lazy to get into extreme detail as to why these types of food in particular are important, but essentially, they store proteins and healthy fats that your body needs to keep things running smoothly, so just trust me when I say that they're the way to go.
-Veggies like carrots, lettuce, celery, and tomatoes are all good.  Particularly celery, which is a negative calorie food.
-Lean meats include things like eggs, skinless chicken or turkey, healthy beef cuts, veal, lamb, venison, elk, ostrich, pork, fish, and a personal favourite of mine is crab meat.
-But don't get me wrong, no one's gonna crucify you for replacing those carrots with a swiss roll from time to time. Any normal human would. Because we're all fat asses at heart(I'm one of them.).  Just make sure you make up for it with healthy foods too.

So, now that I've evaluated all of the main components of The Twenty Day Pro Ana Detox Tea Diet, I will be posting a 7 day example eating plan as a reference to get you started. So scroll up.
