You see, I've been looking for years to find a pro ana dieting plan that quite fits me perfectly, and I have finally devised the ultimate plan(conveniently enough, just in time to get started on it so I can look lovely for the new school year). This plan consists of 4 major things:
- Detox Tea
- Water
- Vegetables
- Lean Meats
But mainly the first bullet, which is why I'm calling this..
The Twenty Day Pro Ana Detox Tea Diet
Now, don't get me wrong, this is not an exclusively twenty day diet, I'm just calling it that because that's how many days I have left until school begins again. So don't reach the twenty day mark, start shoveling down debbie cakes and noodles, and come back to me bitchin' because my diet turned you into a fat fuck. Like any pro ana diet(or, honestly, any diet in general), if you give up and binge, you're going to gain some serious flab in the process, so if you cannot effectively discipline yourself for extended periods of time, then you may as well accept the fact that those love handles are gonna be around for awhile.
